We will talk at length about what is important to you in your new community and new home. I am guided by an in-depth list of home features and characteristics developed over years of searching for exactly the right property.
Personalized web-site
I create a web site specific to you. As we work together it grows, providing easy access to all the information you need. One of the key things on your personal site is information about homes that meet your criteria. Pulled directly from the listing services, pictures and virtual tours not available elsewhere will be seen here. You direct me to adjust and refine the criteria so the site shows you exactly the homes that you want to see.
100% Preview
When you see a home that you think is great, you’ll still have questions and want to see more. Ask! I do my utmost to preview 100% of the homes you are interested in before you come to town. You will only see Forsyth County houses and properties that truly meet your criteria.
Customized pictures and comments
When I preview, I take additional pictures and add them to your personal web site with comments explaining what I saw. Still want to see or know more. I’ll go back again if I didn’t get it all the first time!

If you decide to build, as your representative I make visits to your new home during the construction process. Pictures, descriptions and change orders are all tracked via your personal web site.
Best use of your time
When you come to town, typically there are many demands on your time. By scheduling your visit in advance, I make myself available around your needs. I only schedule one out-of-town client at a time so that I can be flexible and personally available throughout your visit. And, by doing a great deal of work ahead of time, you’ll see only homes that meet your criteria.
Confidence in Your Offer Price
When you`ve narrowed the search and are ready to make an offer, I provide a comprehensive market analysis to assist you in offering a fair price that will get you a home you love. I also review the tax records and research the use of surrounding properties. You`ll buy with confidence that you are paying a fair price for a good property.
Getting to Closing
From contract to closing is a demanding time. I’m available to help you with inspections, mortgages, walk-throughs and movers. If we need to handle the closing or other documents long distance, my team and I can provide that assistance. You’ll see my experience in action!
